When you create an account, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your class (11 or 12)
• Your learning progress within the platform

If you sign in with Google, we only receive your name and email from Google. Nothing else.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not access your Google contacts, calendar, or any other Google data
• We do not post anything to your social accounts — ever
• We do not sell your data to any third party
• We do not show you ads

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used only to:

• Identify your account and show your progress
• Send you important account emails (verification, password reset)
• Improve our content based on aggregate learning patterns

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers located in Mumbai, India. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest.

5. Cookies

We use minimal cookies only to keep you logged in to your account. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by writing to [email protected]. We will process your request within 7 days.

7. Children's Privacy

Tutorly is designed for students aged 15 and above preparing for NEET. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
